At Open Path Care, we provide tailored support for activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, mobility, and household tasks, ensuring participants feel empowered to live their lives with confidence and dignity.

Our Key Support Areas

We provide assistance tailored to your individual needs, ensuring every service contributes meaningfully to your well-being.

1. Personal Hygiene

Assistance with bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, and maintaining overall cleanliness.

2. Eating and Drinking

Help with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring nutritional needs are met, including medication reminders.

3. Mobility and Transfers

Support with moving around your home, getting in and out of bed, and other physical tasks.

4. Appointment Attendance

Accompaniment and support for medical or social appointments to keep you connected and engaged.

5. Assistive Devices

Guidance on using mobility aids, communication devices, or other tools to support independence.

6. Toileting Support

Assistance with bladder and bowel management, ensuring comfort and dignity.

7. Basic First Aid
